Drinking Problems
Drinking problem #1: Attempting to get water out of the wrong end of the bottle.
Drinking problem #2: Wearing your pants on your head while drinking.

Looks like he had a hard night out with the rugby boys.
Maybe he's using the cup as a telescpe. And it's always a problem when the pants are on the head.
