We got the kids a fish aquarium for their birthday. It took a lot longer than I expected, but it's almost finished. We have 7 platies (orange & black, yellow & black, and one that's all yellow), two corey catfish, and one freshwater shark. We also added a couple of live plants to mix in with the fake ones. We have room for about four more fish.
This is our shark. The guy at the pet store said that freshwater sharks act more like catfish than real sharks. This little guy will grow to be a whole four inches long!
