Update:
Our adjuster has met with us and given us the final estimate to repair/clean the house. The engineer came out yesterday to determine (any) structural damage. Our electrician was also out yesterday and today to replace our electric box.
Joe, the kids, and I are still getting settled into our new rental house. We moved here a couple of weeks ago. It's a cute little 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Easton. It is quite a bit smaller than our old house, though. We are still making occasional trips to our house to get more stuff. Joe and I decided we will not be moving back to our house in Greensboro due to the mold/mildew that is growing everywhere. We are going to do our best to fix/repair it, and put it on the market for sale again.
