The funniest part--the kids were on a blanket under our big tent, and they would not leave the blanket. They would crawl right up to the edge and stop. Not even the 4 month old puppy could lure them off of the blanket! It was the same at home on Sunday. They finally ventured off the blanket late in the afternoon, but even then they went only a couple of feet. LOL.
Strolling along with Deb and Joe as we live our lives to the fullest, laugh out loud, and love like there's no tomorrow. Stumbling through twin parenthood with our two little angels, our family and friends, and a lot of wine.

Outside
This weekend the weather was nice enough for us to spend time outside. It was the first time the kids have spent any time outside in the past six months. We went to a rugby game in Baltimore on Saturday. Joe's team lost, but it was a close game (12-17). Everyone seemed to have a good time, though.

(Ben is sitting on the grass in the picture because it was taken before I brought the blanket outside.)
Nikki was showing us how pretty she was in her new hat. Ben's head is so big that the 12-24 month hats are too small for him!
A random cute picture of Ben in his crib. This was taken when he woke up the other morning. It's nice to walk into their room at 6 am to find him smiling at me!
Nikki and me. She really does have Joe's eyes. Mine are definitely more green than blue.
