Superheroes!

Ben and Nikki are in Superheroes Camp this week.  It's through the YMCA, and goes from 9 am until noon.  It's for 3-5 year olds, so we thought we'd give it a try.  They are having a great time!  It totally wears them out!  They've gone to sleep 2 hours early most of this week. 

They made their own Superhero identity (Ben is "BenJammin" and Nikki is "Pink Power") complete with t-shirt, cape, hat, and special doo-dad.  They are on the hunt for the evil villain "Featherhead," whom they almost caught the first day.  He narrowly escaped, but left a feather for each of the kids to take home.  I've heard that the police are going to help the Superheroes capture Featherhead tomorrow.  (I've been told that the police are going to come to camp tomorrow to tell them that Featherhead was in custody, because the visit from the evil villain on Monday scared a couple of kids--including Ben--into tears, so he won't be making anymore appearances.)

The camp counselor, Ethan, is great with them.  When I picked them up today, Ethan was walking around wearing a pillowcase as a cape, and playing tag with the kids.  The other camp counselor, Shana, is equally as wonderful with them.  She knows them from child care at the gym.
