We have solved the problems of the pink eye and constant spitting-up (we think)! First, we went to the doctor this morning about Nikki's pink eye. Dr. Denton said that it doesn't look like pink eye (thankfully), that the eye boogers and gunk are caused by a partially blocked tear duct. It's fairly common in newborns, and it's easy to cure--just wipe away the gunk from outside to inside. It will take about a month to go away.
Second, Ben's spit-up issue: we have started to offer him a pacifier instead of the bottle after we think he's had enough to eat. If he spits out the pacifier, we'll give him more food, but if he keeps it, then he's done. We've done this with about 4-5 feedings so far with no spit-up! Yeah!
We also took some pictures:

They met their cousin Parker last night. He is almost 7 weeks old in this picture, and he weighs almost 12 lbs. He looks so big compared to them.

Patti and Reggie babysat for us last night while we went out to dinner. They loved the ride in the car.

This morning, they both had their first (sponge) baths. They did not like it at all. The crying was pretty extreme. We didn't think ahead enough to get a picture of Ben's bath, but Joe managed to get one of Nikki.

This is Nikki when she was 5 days old. Her little bit of jaundice is gone now.
